“𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘” — 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Sharing our newest Architectural Design: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, a compact loft-type home reflecting the owner’s personality and favorite color 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲.

This project was born out of the owner’s desire for a home that reflects personality without compromising comfort, function, or budget.

At the heart of this design is the intention to create a house that is 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘁. A home that feels light, uncluttered, and welcoming, while remaining visually striking. The choice of purple, inspired by the owner’s favorite color, gives the house its distinct character, adding warmth and personality to the overall aesthetic.

A few highlighted features:
- 𝗟𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 that adds functional space without expanding the footprint
- 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 Aesthetic inspired by the owner’s favorite color — purple

𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗!

I’m happy to share that my Architectural Design Studio is now officially registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Today marks the formal establishment of 𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗕 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼. The beginning of a new chapter where passion, creativity, and purpose come together to design meaningful spaces for people.

𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗕 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 — named after my initials, 𝗔rchitect 𝗥enzo 𝗠iguel 𝗔drales 𝗕ien.

𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗕 represents more than just a set of initials. It stands for my dedication to delivering Architecture grounded in integrity, precision, and purpose. A studio built from years of learning, real-world experience, and a genuine desire to design spaces that truly improve the lives of the people who use them.

Suspended Slab Reinforcement Done Right!

Proper reinforcement is key to a strong and durable suspended slab. But it’s not just about the steel, correct roughing-ins for electrical & plumbing are crucial before pouring concrete. Missing these MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) prep works can lead to costly cutting and repairs later. Plan ahead, coordinate with trades, and ensure a smooth construction process.

Starting construction involves site preparation, leveling, and marking the layout to ensure a strong foundation.

The foundation is crucial as it transfers the building’s load to the ground, preventing settlement and structural failure.

Columns, which support beams and slabs, play a key role in maintaining stability and load distribution. Proper reinforcement and curing of foundations and columns are essential for durability.

Scaffoldings are equally important, providing workers with safe access to elevated areas, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety during construction tasks like masonry, plastering, and painting. Well-maintained scaffoldings help prevent accidents and enhance productivity on-site.
