Title: Civic Facility Centre.
Year 4, 7th Semester academic project.
Typology: Public Facility Centre.
Location: Dara Adam Khel, KPK, Pakistan.
Concept: The core concept centers on connecting rural communities to modern architecture using indigenous solutions that respect local traditions and lifestyles.
Inspiration: From the life of honeybees—symbols of community, productivity, and harmony with nature. Just as bees build intricate hives to support collective living, this public facility is envisioned as a hub where rural communities can connect with modern architecture through indigenous, sustainable solutions. The spatial layout mimics the organic geometry of honeycombs, creating interconnected zones that foster collaboration, learning, and growth. It’s architecture that nurtures, much like honey itself.
