Our design palette is a balanced trio of efficiency, circulation and minimalism. An architecture design studio established in 2015 by two youthful architects Umer Sajjad and Hasnain Salahuddin,
Graduates of National College of Arts, Lahore Pakistan. While working for several years for prominent firms of Islamabad as senior associates, both architects are commissioned to realize the design of a cof

fee shop as a moonlight project. Though the project was aborted but their combined potential sparked many great ideas that brought them together under one studio. It encouraged their own architecture practice that carefully treads through their design process from client contentment to design development and construction drawing to material discretion. The complexity of design deliberation with clients, builders and project managers is carefully considered. Our design palette is a balanced trio of efficiency, circulation and minimalism.

Dining area:
Along with the greater living room another integral part of design at the loft is the dining and bar area. Main dining area has a dark toned metal ceiling that adds a character to the double height greater living room. While the bar counter is strategically positioned to act as one of the key features of the whole space.
It has views of both the front and rear lawns, framed through two sets of large floor to ceiling windows. Both of these window apertures are positioned in a way to enjoy natural light from sunrise to sunset.
The interior spaces boast a palette steeped in earthy tones, invoking a sense of warmth and serenity in this loft design.
The texture that envelops our spaces transcends boundaries, seamlessly transitioning from indoors to outdoors, bathed in natural light that dances across the surfaces, composing a symphony of visual delight.

Another major aspect of architecture at the loft is the greater living room that serves as the heart of the project. The entrance through a low key ceiling height to a double height room creates a depth in space configuration. During the design process one of the key features was to put a user in an experiential state of visualising multiple heights as one enter this area. Living room has unique views of both the front and rear lawns, framed through two sets of large floor to ceiling windows. Both of these window apertures are positioned in a way to enjoy natural light from sunrise to sunset.

Stepping into a world where tradition meets modern comfort, where the timeless allure of vernacular architecture embraces contemporary living. Inspired by the rustic charm of traditional mud structures, the interior spaces boast a palette steeped in earthy tones, invoking a sense of warmth and serenity.
As you enter, you’ll find yourself welcomed into the heart of the home: the kitchen. In our open floor plan design, the kitchen serves as more than just a culinary space; it acts as a central hub, connecting the living room and master suite seamlessly.
But it’s not just about functionality; it’s about ambiance. The texture that envelops our spaces transcends boundaries, seamlessly transitioning from indoors to outdoors, bathed in natural light that dances across the surfaces, composing a symphony of visual delight.
