The opportunity
TA Architecture & Design Consultancy is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team at Karachi Office IMMEDIATELY. You will be working on a variety of projects across many sectors including automotive, technology and commercial, residential and retail environments. You will be experienced in Revit and Technical Design, a highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude.

A self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative and collaborative approach, you will work with Architects and Interior Design colleagues across TA’s practice areas. As a member of the team, you will be fully integrated into design teams, participating hands-on and collaborating directly with team members.

What you will do:
· Act as project lead architect in managing the service and in having a direct interface with the clients' team.
· Liaise with the clients to assist in setting the design ambitions and with the project stakeholders to develop the design and the coordination of the architectural requirements and their impact on the project.
· Coordinate with the existing TA’s architectural team, located in Pakistan and UAE.
· Work in a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
· Contribute to the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the project leaders.
· Support the client, contractor and design team communications, developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships.
· Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.

You'll also need:
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, with demonstrable 7-10 years field experience in mid-rise buildings, detailing . Auto-cad and sketchup is a must
· Good knowledge of Revit and BIM environment will be an added value.

· Must have leadership ability and proven mentorship skills in developing junior team members.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
· Maintain and oversee the project manual and specifications.
· Conduct on-site visits/observations and document site reviews.
· Responsible for oversight and delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality.

· Candidates with DM approved G+4 license is a must.
· Candidates with valid UAE driving license is a bonus.
· Must have leadership ability and proven mentorship skills in developing junior team members.
