This project for Bawany Traders wasn’t about aesthetics—it was about creating a workspace that actively supports how people work.

If the space isn’t working, neither is the team - Every decision was intentional:

• A controlled entry sequence to establish clarity from the first step
• Neutral material palettes to reduce visual fatigue
• Integrated storage systems to eliminate clutter
• Defined zones for focus, collaboration, and leadership

Ain Design Studio was entrusted with the interior renovation a 120 sq. yards G+1 residence in Naya Nazimabad. The design challenge was clear: reimagine both the ground and first floors with entirely different layouts while adhering to the original elevation mandated by local regulations.
The client’s vision was rooted in simplicity and warmth. They desired an interior that felt humble yet refined, reflecting a love for earthy tones and natural materials. Our palette embraced brick textures, white walls, and soft gray-white marble, creating a grounded yet airy aesthetic.
Wooden PATAM was thoughtfully incorporated to introduce warmth and character, lending a subtle, traditional accent to the modern setting. The result is a cozy, inviting interior with just the right touch of drama and depth, where materiality and design narrate a quiet elegance.
