Design Centre & Architorque invite applications for a select cohort of architecture interns (3rd to 5th year) to join an immersive summer program dedicated to the intensive study of Lahore's urban fabric this summer 2026. This unique collaboration merges Design Centre's research expertise with Architorque's innovative design praxis, offering hands-on training in urban analysis, indigenous practices and representation.

STRUCTURE AND ACTIVITIES
Duration: 6 weeks (June - July 2026), full-time (40 hours/week).
Site Surveys and Field work
Built In Intensive Workshops: Daily sessions on analytical drawing and digital modelling
Built In Lectures & Seminars: Guest talks by leading urbanists, historians, and architects on Lahore's cultural evolution.
Culmination: Group exhibitions and a collaborative publication featuring interns' work.
ELIGIBILITY
Currently enrolled in the 3rd-5th year of a B.Arch or equivalent program.
Strong skills in hand drawing, digital tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite), and urban analysis.
Passion for South Asian urbanism and Lahore's heritage.
Based in or able to relocate to Lahore.
