"Transforming a Dull Apartment Building into Islamabad's Hottest Clubhouse: A Dream Team Story!"

At the heart of the Clubhouse, the lobby is more than just an entrance; it's a grand statement. Its Neo-Classical Modern design pays homage to the past while embracing the present, creating a space that's both inviting and impressive.

The choice of beige, grey, and brass evokes a sense of understated opulence. Beige, with its warmth and neutrality, welcomes you in, while grey exudes sophistication. The brass accents, shining like gold, add a touch of regal charm. Together, these elements form a color palette that stands the test of time. The minimal moldings add to the play of light and shadow as the light enters through a rose window, above a double-height entrance door opening into a triple-height lobby.

The waiting lounge seamlessly planned to connect with the lobby isn't just a waiting; it's a place to gather, socialize, and connect.

"Transforming a Dull Apartment Building into Islamabad's Hottest Clubhouse: A Dream Team Story!"

We were asked to reappropriate an existing unsuccessful apartment building into a clubhouse for a society in Islamabad. This called for a team of like-minded and driven professionals to come together and propose a building with amenities ranging from offices to recreational spaces, guesthouses to restaurants, gymnasiums to indoor sports areas. this project is unique in its own way as it's not being used for the purpose it was built for. but it has been given a new life and identity. Hopefully, it will reciprocate it to its users.
