Our wide range of services include architectural design, interior design, landscape design, design consultancy and project management. At Ghayyoor Obaid Architects, we strive to reflect and mould the prevailing cultural and intellectual undercurrents present in our society. Our intention is not to follow but to lead. Within a period of 30 years since our inception in 1987, we have over six hundred

successfully completed projects. About fifty are either under construction or on the drawing board. The key to our growth lies not only in a different and progressive approach towards design, but also due to a conscious professional follow up of the projects during execution and after their completion. We rejoice in the knowledge that there is a long way to go with many more opportunities to explore and that the challenges we encounter will transform into assets. Our services include:

Stairs are more than just a means to move between levels—they are sculptural elements that shape the rhythm of space. They invite movement, create drama, and choreograph how we experience architecture.

Like a grand stage in a theater, a staircase can become a centerpiece—where light plays, shadows shift, and every step taken becomes part of a carefully composed performance. Whether bold and monumental or light and flowing, stairs command attention, guiding us through space with purpose and drama.

In architecture, we don’t just design stairs. We celebrate them.
