A recent client SADIA TAYYAB is publicly defaming our brand, encouraging strangers to call us a scammer and leave false comments even though:
🔹 She received 2 custom lamps, 2 lampshades, and 2 bulbs for Rs. 16,300 (including shipping).
🔹 She was fully satisfied, sent review pictures, and praised how perfectly the lamps matched her furniture.
🔹 Over a week later, she reported that one lamp broke, claiming it “just touched the wall.”
🔹 But the photos show severe damage base and body dislocated clearly consistent with a fall, not a light tap.
🔹 Physically, a lampshade would hit the wall first, not the lamp body inside it.
🔹 All other items , second lamp, lampshades, bulbs, and fittings are in perfect condition.
🔹 She's now misrepresenting the full package cost, making it sound like Rs. 16,000 was just for one lamp.
Now to address the main accusation:
She claims it's terracotta, not ceramic and that’s why it broke.
Here are the facts:
🔸 The lamps are ceramic, as clearly described.
🔸 Ceramic is breakable , just like a ceramic tile or plate that doesn’t make it “cheap” or “fake.”
🔸 The red interior of ceramic is natural. Even glazed ceramic tiles are red from the inside when broken.
🔸 We never claimed these were porcelain only ceramic and we've always been transparent about that.
🔸 Anyone is welcome to visit our workshop or home studio to verify the material.
🔸 Those who cannot visit are free to research ceramic vs. terracotta themselves the information is public.
🔸 Commenting without knowledge or context is irresponsible, and intentionally damaging someone’s brand is unacceptable.

She is not listening to any facts and just blindly doing whatever she think is right and had sent a false allegation notice too for which we have to sent a counter notice.
Thus, legal actions have been taken against this act of defamation and spreading false accusations on seller.
