National Project Director UGPP, Mr. Amir Mohyuddin, visited the Azad Pattan landslide plantation and several other plantation and project sites. During the visit, he was accompanied by Project Director AJK, Dr. Zaker Hussain and Dfo Tahir Ali shah . The visit aimed to review ongoing plantation activities and assess the progress of field operations under the Green Pakistan Programme.

Amer Mohyuddin, National Project Director UGPP, visited Benjosa and planted a Deodar sapling as part of the ongoing plantation campaign. During the visit, he emphasized the importance of afforestation and environmental protection for a greener and healthier future.
Project Director Dr. Zaker Hussain DFOs Zahir Iqbal Khan, Syed Tahir Ali Shah, and Raja Mukhtiar Khan also participated in the plantation activity. The visit reflected the collective commitment of the Forest Department and UGPP team towards promoting sustainable forestry and increasing green cover across the region.

National Project Director UGPP Amir Mohyudin visited the Azad Pattan slide plantation established by the Reforestation Division Rawalakot to review the ongoing plantation activities and progress on site. During the visit Dr. Zaker Hussain PD AJK, and DFO Tahir Ali Shah provided a comprehensive briefing regarding the plantation work, survival rate, and overall achievements of the project.
The National Project Director expressed his satisfaction over the successful ex*****on of the plantation initiative and highly appreciated the dedicated efforts of the Forest Department in promoting environmental protection and restoration of degraded areas. He acknowledged the hard work and commitment of the field staff who played a vital role in making the plantation campaign successful.

A plantation drive was organized at Government Girls High School Makari to promote environmental awareness and encourage students to play their role in creating a greener and healthier future. Saplings were planted by the participants with great enthusiasm, highlighting the importance of tree plantation for environmental protection and sustainable development.
