RECIPE ;
1 cup Oil
2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
1.2 Kg Boneless Beef
2 Litre Water
Pressure Cook untill Meat is Tender
2 Packs Premix Masala
Soak The Lentils Mixture in Water
Whisk Untill
Lump Free And Set Aside For 1 Hour
Strain The Meat
Shread The Beef
( You Can do it with fork )
Add Shredded Meat in the Yakhni
Add Lentils Mixture
with additional Half Litre
Water
Mix And Simmer
with Continuous Stirring
For 1 Hour Untill Thicken
Serve With
Fried Onion
Ginger Julienes
Lemon
Green Chillies
Chaat Masala
