A great visionary and a dynamic entrepreneur he founded a group of companies which included Crystal Products (Pvt) Limited, Saqib Enterprises and Mian Peer Baksh and Company in 1970, a time when Pakistan was going through economic uncertainty and fighting an enemy on its frontiers. He initiated an industrial setup in Gujrat,Pakistan with the sole ambition of introducing locally manufactured electrical and gas products and appliances to the local and international market.It was his vision to manufacture locally electrical and gas products of international standards.His vision was completed when locally manufactured products sold well in the domestic market hence improving the financial growth manifolds. Taking in the footsteps of his father,Mian Muhammad Usman too became an entrepreneur during his youth.While working with his father,he gained practical knowledge of the market and founded Crystal Group of Companies introducing a wide range of electrical and gas appliances.He imported machinery from the tech savvy countries and introduced for the first time in Pakistan quality electrical and gas products at feasible price for consumption for the masses of Pakistan hence undercutting the importance of other over priced and under quality brands. Mian Muhammad Usman becoming Chairman of Crystal Group of Companies in 2010 after demise of his father Mian Muhammad Iqbal exploited the opportunity of strong base of distribution network operating under Saqib Enterprises and resultantly Crysal Products are being sold in every nook and corner of Pakistan today hence further augmenting the financial position of the business empire.
