Our company also designs exceptionally large, modern residences with a usable area of ​​500+ m². We have extensive experience in designing exceptionally modern residential buildings in diverse and often visually stunning locations. The presented project is a three-story residential building designed on a vast 3-hectare property. Level -1 features a garage for six cars, a spa area, wine storage rooms, a spacious recreation room with billiards, a whirlpool bath, and a utility room and boiler room. Level "0" features an entrance hall with a hidden wardrobe and access to level -1, a spacious living area consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a reception hall with a 7-meter-high freestanding fireplace, approximately 105 m² in size, guest rooms with bathrooms, laundry rooms, and a shared bathroom. Level +1 features a master bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe, a mezzanine, and a terrace area. The entire designed facility, with an incredible total area of ​​approximately 770 m2, is located in a NATURA 2000 area, which particularly highlights the formal, legal and technical issues and possibilities of the buildings designed by our studio.

🇺🇸Every building designed by our studio is always optimized for maximum functional and visual parameters, with a comprehensive functional and spatial analysis of the building. In this case, the design involves a large, modern, two-family, single-story barn, nearly 30 meters wide and boasting a total area of ​​320 square meters, with extensive glazing in the living areas. In this case, the investor planned only the functional use of the ground floor, with the attic remaining for future use. The building is currently under construction, and we are counting on the smooth completion of the finishing and facade works.

🇵🇱Każdy zaprojektowany obiekt budowlany przez naszą pracownie jest zawsze optymalizowany pod względem maksymalnych jego parametrów funkcjonalnych oraz wizualnych, z jednoczesną całościową analizą funkcjonalno-przestrzenną budynku. W tym przypadku zaprojektowana nowoczesna duża stodoła dwurodzinna , parterowa, budynek o znacznej szerokości prawie 30m i powierzchni całkowitej 320m2 dużych przeszkleniach w strefach dziennych . W tym przypadku inwestor zaplanował wyłącznie wykorzystanie funkcjonalne poziomu parteru, poddasze pozostaje do wykorzystania "na przyszłość" . Obiekt jest obecnie w budowie , liczymy na sprawne dokończenie prac wykończeniowych i elewacyjnych.

We're not afraid of unique challenges or investor requirements. Another building under construction is featured, and we hope the weather cooperates during the challenging glazing process. In this case, the entire front wall is glazed for approximately 20 meters on the ground floor and first floor, while the larger glazing on the top floor is approximately 5 meters wide. The first floor, suspended over the ground floor on reinforced concrete supports, is over 3 meters high, and including the side support, it represents over 100 square meters of suspended floor space. We're keeping our fingers crossed for a successful completion of the project.

🇺🇸Each building, each investor we design for, is different, each time the location is different. Sometimes it's very flat, sometimes it's a significant slope, sometimes there are no trees at all, sometimes it's completely overgrown with trees. This time, it's a custom design in a unique, almost forest-like location. The building is quite large, with a total area of ​​approximately 420 m², three stories high, and includes a partial basement and a shelter. The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan living area with a mezzanine of approximately 80 m², plus an office, utility rooms, and a double garage. The first floor is a full-height space housing several bedrooms with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. We're keeping our fingers crossed for the smooth completion of the ongoing construction; the next upcoming stage is the glazing of the building, which will showcase the entire designed space.

Part of the ground floor features a spacious living area with an open kitchen and study. A separate staircase provides independent access to level -1. The first floor boasts three bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets. The building is designed in a traditional style, featuring extensive glazing, arcades, and covered terraces. We're also keeping our fingers crossed that construction will begin on schedule, and that the entire process will proceed smoothly.

In the meantime, we've completed the design of a large, three-story modern barn with a total area of ​​approximately 350 m², a partial basement – ​​the construction of an underground shelter, a spacious and modern living area with a mezzanine and open stairs, a built-in garage, a study, and four spacious bedrooms upstairs with walk-in closets. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the construction will proceed smoothly and without unnecessary downtime caused by unfavorable weather conditions.
