An extremely busy week for the team, across the wet and windy Algarve! Responding to flood warnings and wind damage aswel as our current projects, well done lads.

Mosquiera project is now in the final phase, outdoor BBQ and outdoor kitchen, new fully tiled blockwork and plinth, with water drainage and electrics, next week for plumbing and lights install.

New fence and waterproofed wall with natural stone tiles, hydro grouted, wardrobe packs and bedroom being assembled with new AC and light fan.

Albufeira site, new drywall install for slide away invisible doors, door boarded up and insulated, new AC locations, electrics throughout and internet access, floating glass fire install, tiling and painting.

Emergency flood defence to Albufeira Old town, Yolo Lounge bistro and lounge club, prone to flooding, our defences held for the big storm which demolished roofs and trees, we had to fix one rooftop panel the next day was all.

New Project - Albufeira

Ground floor renovation opening up and closing walls and door ways, electrics and WiFi install, AC move and install, full paint and with tiling.

Open plan lounge and new double sliding invisible doors and frames with new dryline work, plastered and Painted.

Project Complete - Val do Lobo

A 2 week renovation in between guests for a lovely returning client, fully tiled floors with porcelain planks, damp proofing and plastering with a full paint.

Leaking drain led to damp issues and pe*******on damp causing laminate flooring to rot and wardrobe carcass, rip out clean and renovation complete, we project managed access and keys while client was out of the country.

Thank you for returning for another project was a pleasure as always.

New Project - Windmill hill

Front terrace project, full clean down and removal of old bbq area, new tiled porcelain floor and tiled wall with matching coping, patch and full paint with new bbq area and outdoor kitchen installed.

Top terrace cleaned down and full white paint of all areas and chimney with high walls.

Nice facelift for the summer approaching.

New Project - Val Do Lobo 🐺

A great returning client has asked us to execute another project for them, after we successfully installed new bathrooms and kitchen / living area plank tiles last year with outdoor pool work.

This time to remove old laminate, old water damaged, damp plaster, Sika Damp treatments and fully paint, with new planked tiled flooring throughout the home.

We say “do it right or do it twice” that’s why we have been chosen for more follow up work! We’re one of the Algarve’s trusted and reliable teams.
