The first earth Kasbah that I visited. This one was a little over 200 years and it was abandoned. It belonged to a large family and rests in the village of Ifri, Oued Ziz. It's surrounded by an abandoned earth village too, while the new earth houses of the inhabitants are on the other side of the road. Earth construction erodes quickly and these ruins won't last hundreds more years like stone castles in Europe.
