T.E.R Pateiro reflects a contemporary vision for sustainable coastal development — where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle coexist in harmony.

Coming soon 🔜 Quinta do Malhão - A project shaped by the balance between preservation and contemporary design. The original hilltop house will be carefully restored, merging architecture and topography through clean lines, glass façades, and a green roof that extends the existing garden. A quiet intervention where architecture becomes part of the land.
This project stems from the perfect balance between respect for the existing structure and innovation, guided by the fundamental principle that “less is more.”

We are looking for 1 Senior Architect, on a full-time basis.

With proven experience and expertise in the various stages of the design process, particularly knowledge of local authority procedures (Planning Permissions in Camera, PIP, etc).

Proficiency in Portuguese and English and advanced proficiency in basic design and graphics software, including AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp and 3D Studio Max. The studio may be able to provide accommodation for successful candidates.

Horta do Castelo is soon to become a contemporary residential development conceived through an environmentally conscious and forward-thinking architectural approach. Designed by Studioarte.

The development is guided by an “Ecofriendly” vision, where natural-based solutions, organic materials, and passive environmental strategies are integrated from the earliest stages of design. The architectural concept prioritizes energy efficiency, thermal comfort, natural ventilation, and the optimization of solar orientation, allowing the buildings to respond intelligently to climate conditions while reducing overall environmental impact.

Carefully integrated into the surrounding urban fabric, Horta do Castelo seeks a balanced intervention within the territory, respecting the scale and character of its context. The project promotes a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces through landscaped areas, shaded transitions, natural light, and visual continuity with the surrounding environment, encouraging a lifestyle closely connected.
