Entre a paisagem e a matéria, nasce uma casa desenhada para o silêncio.
Implantada em, esta habitação unifamiliar desenvolve-se como uma composição escultórica de volumes puros, onde a arquitetura procura dissolver os limites entre interior, luz e natureza.
A moradia organiza-se numa forma em “U”, abrindo-se deliberadamente a Sul para enquadrar o jardim, captar a luminosidade natural e prolongar a experiência de habitar para o exterior. Mais do que uma implantação funcional, trata-se de um gesto arquitetónico que privilegia privacidade, contemplação e fluidez espacial.
A materialidade assume um papel central: o betão aparente, os planos contínuos, as sombras profundas e os percursos exteriores criam uma atmosfera simultaneamente minimalista e sensorial.
No interior, os espaços sociais em openspace relacionam-se de forma orgânica com os pátios, decks e áreas “Al fresco”, enquanto os volumes privados se afastam subtilmente, permitindo uma leitura mais íntima e reservada da habitação.

Between landscape and materiality, a home conceived for silence emerges.
Located in, this single-family residence unfolds as a sculptural composition of pure volumes, where architecture seeks to dissolve the boundaries between interior space, natural light, and landscape.
The house is organized in a “U”-shaped layout, deliberately opening towards the south to frame the garden, maximize sunlight exposure, and extend the living experience into the outdoors. More than a functional gesture, the design becomes an architectural statement focused on privacy, contemplation, and spatial fluidity.
Materiality plays a central role throughout the project: exposed concrete, continuous planes, deep shadows, and carefully framed exterior pathways create an atmosphere that is both minimal and deeply sensorial.
Inside, the open-plan social areas establish a seamless dialogue with the patios, decks, and “Al fresco” spaces, while the private volumes subtly retreat, offering a more intimate and secluded reading of the home.
