(pt) A organização interior obedece à mesma lógica que define a volumetria e os alçados. A norte concentram-se os acessos comuns, as circulações verticais e as áreas de apoio, libertando as orientações mais favoráveis para os espaços de permanência. Os espaços habitáveis orientam-se para sul e poente, voltando-se para as varandas, para as áreas ajardinadas e para o vale.
A relação entre o interior e o exterior não resulta de uma abertura indiscriminada do edifício, mas da posição precisa de cada vão. A entrada de luz, o enquadramento da paisagem e a preservação da privacidade são considerados em conjunto. A luz natural entra de forma controlada e acompanha os espaços ao longo do dia.
Nas varandas, esta relação ganha profundidade. Em vez de se projetarem para além do volume, recuam para o seu interior, e a profundidade destes vazios modera a incidência solar, protege os interiores e resguarda as habitações dos olhares exteriores. Cada fração conquista, deste modo, um espaço exterior próprio que prolonga o interior sem comprometer a unidade do edifício.
(en) The interior follows the same logic that shapes the volume and the elevations. To the north sit the common entrances, the vertical circulations and the service areas, freeing the best orientations for the living spaces. The living spaces face south and west, turning towards the balconies, the gardens and the valley.
The relationship between inside and outside does not come from opening the building at will, but from the precise position of each opening. Light, the framing of the landscape and the sense of privacy are considered together. Daylight enters in a controlled way and follows the rooms through the day.
On the balconies, this relationship gains depth. Rather than reaching beyond the volume, they draw back into it, and the depth of these voids moderates the sun, protects the interiors and shelters the homes from outside eyes. Each unit gains, in this way, an outdoor space of its own that extends the interior without breaking the unity of the building.
