Every element in the CMHA residence was designed to feel truly one-of-a-kind, a home where luxury architecture, custom craftsmanship, and natural materials come together seamlessly. ✨
• The custom DRU gas fireplace, clad in 3D-cut travertine and dark oak wood, with a double sided view
• The dining table, sculpted from marble and dark oak, a bold architectural centerpiece.
• Our modular sofa, upholstered in fabrics and textures curated specially for this project.
• The coffee table, combining marble with olive wood for a warm, refined contrast.
• And the full-aluminum door handles, milled from a single block with no welds, but now finished with olive wood instead of travertine, because the client liked the wood pieces so much, and we decided to bring that same warm feel to the piece you touch first when you walk in to a room.
