📚✨ A project close to our hearts ✨📚
After 15 years of silence, the Municipal Library has finally reopened its doors—restored, reimagined, and ready to serve the community once again.

Despite a limited budget, we poured our creativity and care into designing a space that feels alive, inviting, and inspiring. A place where stories live not only in books but also in the walls that now breathe new life.

Endless gratitude to the institution’s manager for trusting us with this transformation. Together, we’ve turned neglect into nurture—and built a new chapter for our city.

✨ Multifunctional Magic ✨
This custom-designed piece turns everyday storage into a playful experience!
📚 Top & bottom shelves offer plenty of space for books and toys.
🌀 The circular cutout transforms into a cozy nook—perfect for reading, daydreaming, or little adventures.

Thus, we designed and built, with the help of local companies, metal shelves capable of supporting the weight of books, furniture specific to library rooms, wallpaper and personalized decorative finishes using the institution’s new visual identity.
During the research phase, we discovered the city’s emblem from 1930 - the year the library was founded - and we decided to use this symbol to personalize the radiator covers inside.
The children’s section was equipped with personalized, ergonomic furniture in cheerful colors, and the fact that we could see the joy of the children when the section opened was a reward in itself.

Designed with both function and fun in mind, this is more than furniture—it's a childhood memory in the making. 💫

A project of the soul for both us and the city community, the Municipal Library was able to reopen after 15 years of neglect and abandonment. The manager of the institution had confidence in our abilities to transform this building and bring it back to the benefit of the community.
Although the available budget was far from ideal, we managed to design and furnish the rooms and halls specific to an institution of this kind while offering at the same time the feeling of a place brought back to life.

Metamorfoza luminoasă – Povestea hârtiei și a luminii
O bibliotecă este un sanctuar al poveștilor – milioane de cuvinte tipărite pe pagini care luminează mințile, la fel cm lămpile din această expoziție luminează spațiile. Dar hârtia, ca și lumina, are o călătorie. Unele pagini sunt prețuite, altele uitate, dar toate au potențialul de a renaște.
Această expoziție este un tribut adus transformării. Fiecare lampă expusă este realizată manual din hârtie reciclată, dând o nouă viață materialelor trecute cu vederea. La fel cm o carte, chiar și neatinsă ani de zile, poate inspira un cititor, o pagină ruptă sau un material aruncat pot deveni artă.
Între trecut și viitor, între ceea ce a fost și ceea ce poate fi, Metamorfoza luminoasă ne amintește că nimic nu se pierde cu adevărat. Mai mult decât o expoziție, acest eveniment este un gest de generozitate – o parte din fiecare lampă vândută va sprijini refacerea Fondului de Carte al Bibliotecii Municipale, reluând astfel ciclul cărților în viața comunității.
Așadar, în această seară, printre rafturi de cărți și sculpturi de lumină, te invităm să descoperi nu doar frumusețea acestor lămpi, ci și povestea din spatele lor – o poveste de reinventare, sustenabilitate și lumină care continuă să strălucească.

1️⃣ Entrance Elegance: The entrance sets the stage with modern faux stone vertical stripes and wooden boards, creating a harmonious blend of contemporary design. Feast your eyes on the bespoke grey square vases, a collaboration with the brilliant John Patkis, featuring white bases, tops, and intricate vertical gray lines.
2️⃣ Cozy Corner Chronicles: Dive into the depths of comfort with our custom-made fluffy grey L-shaped sofa. Behind it, a slat wall adorned with blue semiround vertical lines adds a touch of modern chic to the cozy haven.
3️⃣ Breakfast Bliss: The breakfast area unfolds with black tables and uniquely designed chairs, showcasing gracefully curved wood armrests. Each seat is not just a place to dine but a piece of art in itself, creating a dining experience like no other.

The proposal for the Bucovina restaurant project came naturaly, being familiar with the location and the specifics of the restaurant. To give the space a new look, we once again linked tradition with contemporary elements. We wanted the entrance to be imposing, and for this we proposed massive wooden doors, carved by local craftsmen with traditional motifs, taken from old luxurious 16th century chairs.
Upon entering, the imposing reception desk makes a statement - you are in a refined and intimate place where light is crucial to creating a comforting atmosphere. Divided in two, the reception serves both the restaurant area and the guest house rooms upstairs.
Hand-made recycled paper pendulums are a must, dancing alongside traditional draperies that adorn the ceiling and subtly guide the customer on routes to the main areas.
The ,,snug,, area is marked by panels made of acacia branches, amplifying the feeling of naturalness and intimacy while the terrarium expreses the connection with the surrounding forest, illuminating the stairs leading to the washing room downstairs.
In the central area, on a massive column, traditional carpets from the area are exhibited, the poppy flower pattern being the most well-known and beloved.

The blood collection point desired by the private clinic Dorna Medical was a new challenge, being a project that was to be carried out on a modular structure made up of three 3x6m containers. These temporary modular constructions are to be placed in the parking lots of large shopping centers to facilitate the development of blood donation
campaigns.
Made on a metal structure, the requirements that had to be met in the specifications again required a period of documentation.
We managed to satisfy the client’s requirements, the module being equipped with custom-made furniture and finishes specific to the Dorna Medica function.

While the stone base of the reception and fireplace provides a monolithic appearance in the horizontal direction and the massive brick column in the vertical axis, the translucent stone balances and ties the composition. With a thickness of only 5mm, the flexible translucent stone allowed the creation of illuminated edges of the wooden
pillars that flank the reception and fireplace. The 45 degree joining of the stone sheets was a challenge, both for us and for the builder, but in the end the result exceeded our expectations. To create the “briese soleil” panels on the ceiling, a light wooden frame was created in which squares of flexible stone strips were arranged.
In the end, the result exceeded the client’s expectations, taking into account the very restrictive budget that we had to work with.

For the renovation of the ground floor of the Berghaus guesthouse, we used local materials: brick, wood and stone. If the first two are easily recognizable by anyone, with the stone we decided to play around and use a less common variant - translucent flexible stone.
Thus, we dared to compensate for the massiveness of the mountain house conferred by the stone, also with the help of stone.
We kept the existing flooring for both aesthetic and budget reasons, and didn’t regret the choice because it provided a suitable backdrop for the design that was about to take place. While the stone base of the reception and fireplace provides a monolithic appearance in the horizontal direction and the massive brick column in the vertical axis, the translucent stone balances and ties the composition. With a thickness of only 5mm, the flexible translucent stone allowed the creation of illuminated edges of the wooden pillars that flank the reception and fireplace. The 90 degree joining of the stone sheets was a challenge, both for us and for the builder, but in the end the result exceeded our expectations. To create the “briese
