A 2025-ös évet egy különleges projekttel zártuk: az illyefalvi Séra-kúria teljes felmérésével. Megtiszteltetés volt jobban megismerni ezt a Kovászna megyei építészeti örökséget, amelynek minden szeglete múltunkról mesél. A pontos felmérés az első lépés e nemesi lak megőrzéséhez. ✍️📐

Ultima filă din jurnalul de proiecte pe 2025 s-a scris la Ilieni. Am avut privilegiul de a cunoaște mai bine Conacul Séra, o clădire cu o istorie fascinantă și detalii care merită transmise mai departe. Releveul este primul pas esențial în conservarea memoriei acestui monument. 🏰

A terv témája egy brassói, műemlék környezetben taláható régi ház átalakítása és bővítése volt. A meglévő épület nosztalgikus hatása és az új szárny modern nyelvezete egy kortárs otthon képében egyesül.

Tema de proiectare a fost refunctionalizarea şi extinderea unei case vechi, aflatã într-o zonã de protecție a monumentelor din Brașov. Limbajului tradițional a fațadelor existente și aspectul modern al corpurilor propuse se unesc într-o imagine de casă adevărată contemporană.

The theme of this project was to modify and extend an old residential building in Brașov. The contrast of the traditional language of the existing facades and the modern look of the new wings creates the image of a contemporary home.
