20g vanilla custard powder
2 tsp baking powder
few drops lemon essence
yellow food color (optional pinch)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk

150 g sugar (¾ cup)
45 g oil (¼ cup se thora kam)

buttermilk:

110 ml milk (½ cup)
¼ tsp vinegar
👉 mix karke 5 min rest

dry ingredients:

175 g maida (1 cup)
22–25 g cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
1 tsp baking powder (5 g)
¼ tsp baking soda

extra:

120 ml hot water (½ cup approx)
👉 gradually add, batter smooth & slightly thin
