I’m proud and happy announcing that ”Morning Light” has been juried into the 66th ”Art and the Animal” show of the Society of Animal Artists. I hope to be able to join my fox to the Elliot Museum in Stuart, Florida, for the opening festivities on October 9th and 10th. The exhibition will last from September 8th to November 12th.

Good news: My recent oil painting ”The Boys” has been juried into the 65th Annual Exhibition of the Society of Animal Artists. The exhibition will be held at The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho, Idaho Falls, from September 18th, 2025, through January 3rd, 2026.

Naturae Observatio Spitsbergen Science Expeditions follows the five BBES expeditions carried out by the IK Foundation in 2016–2020. It is written by leading international writers and contains extensive thematic fold-outs. I made the field drawings and paintings, translated and edited the bird chapter, and contributed base facts for charts covering expeditions and historical bird observations. Very good news: I have received a Society of Animal Artists' coveted Award of Excellence in the 63rd Annual Exhibition on my work ”Scent”. I also received a Driftless Glen Purchase Award, so my work was sold.

The Society of Animal Artists' jury recently accepted my fox to be exhibited at the "Animal Impressions" art show at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Tucson, Arizona August 21 – November 7 2021. I wish I could join him, but I trust him to do the job on his own.
