Crafted by Executive Sous Chef Cindy Khoo in partnership with premium fruits ingredients brand Andros Chef and World Champion of Confectionery Arts Florence Lesage, the collection draws inspiration from summer’s colours and textures, expressed through the use of vibrant fruit confits, floral accents, and refined pastry craftsmanship.
