Replaced door closer which was leaking hydraulic fluids. Upgraded with Hold Open feature 🚪

-Client reported an unidentified loud beeping sound late in the evening.
-Sound was loud that it was affecting young child’s sleep.
-Investigation revealed it to be revealed an unremoved smoke detector which was faulty to be the cause.
-Hole had to be cut in false ceiling to access faulty smoke detector

Problem solved and family was able to have peaceful sleep 😴
