We received this 1-star review coming the moment you ended the WhatsApp conversation.
With the ( stupid fxxk )

You “enquired” with us first in Jan Y2024 for a recess area gate replacement.
We responded that we need your estimate dimensions and design you are going with before we can give an estimated quote. However, the conversation went dead because you did not select/reply your preferred design. No quote was provided as different design has different prices.
Come Mar Y2026, you tag back a photo you send TWO years ago to ask for quote again.
During the last 2 years, we have updated our onsite visit policy for recess/oversize gate site survey.
Hence we explained to you that we will require a $50 deposit non refundable that is OFFSETABLE from the final bill as a commitment for site visit.
The reason for this small deposit is to prevent unnecessary waste trip or time as we have had bad experience before with insincere buyers that waste our measurement team time by not even answering the door when we reached.
If you are ready for the purchase, $50 offsetable deposit is a mutual commitment. This is NOT a site survey fee.
You repeatedly ask for a site visit time/date and also the estimate price.
We have repeatedly explained that recess area gates are view to quote and cannot pluck a price from the air, we aim to give all our customers the most accurate pricing rather than asking for add-ons and top up after site visit which could result in disputes.
Then we replied the next available time/date is the next day evening.
After which you ask for the deposit payment details (which we send).
For some reason you suddenly flared up and decided to use vulgar words on us, we have no choice but to stop any further engagement with you.

Do not just publish 10 percent of the story and hide 90 percent of the truth.
At Key4Home, we value every single customers, potential customers, at the same time, we do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse to our staffs as well.
