We are not direct carpenter, BUT!! our price is direct carpenter price. We have got agreement with all our carpenters for the price fixed. Our value added service is to sketch out the drawing, advice on the space, and coordinate with the carpenters. Trust us, we knew the Technical Jargon whereby we can be your left and right for coordinations.

Understand that you maybe running out of budget to hack off your toilet completely. Perhaps you may consider to just hack off the floor only. We knew that it is not advisable. However if you work it out correctly, we believe it will be fine.

Scope of work:
- Hack off existing floor tiles
- Hack off existing wall tiles at least 300mm height from floor
- Apply water proof membrane for at least 2 for the whole floor and the upturn of 300mm wall.
- Most to do your test for at least 48 hours and ensure that there is leaking
- Always check with neighbour from downstair their ceiling condition
- Then only you lay tiles.

-Hack toilet floor tiles ($400)
