Responsibilities:
--Review and update SAP Material master-data
--Map the demand and supply plan, process SAP PRs and issue PO to vendor timely.
--Plan and arrange important shipments on a timely basis, also to achieve economic logistic cost.
--Manage purchase and inbound document in a timely and correct manner.
--Support accounting the required document in a timely and correct manner
--Responsibility for expediting part Shortages to ensure material availability
--Structure and implement the forwarder solutions to achieve reliable service at reasonable costs.
--Co-ordinate and support R&D and product teams on projects of products phase in/out.
--Co-ordinate and support QM on projects on quality management.
--Other Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:
--Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering, business, supply chain or equivalent
--Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing function,excellent fresh graduate is also welcome.
--Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially excel.
--SAP experience would be highly advantageous.
--Independent, fast-learner and detailed-oriented.
--Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin-speaking ability would be a plus.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Provide and improve customer service through effective communication support business activities; attend to customers’ enquiries timely and accurately.
2. Responsible and using the SAP for order processing and billing.
3. Monitor customer outstanding order for plan ex*****on accuracy.
4. Coordinate with the purchaser for inbound shipment to ensure order fulfilment and communicate with the relevant parties (customers and forwarders) for outbound shipment arrangement and documentation.
5. Implement good logistic cost management which aligns with company policies.
6. Coordinate with different departments to handle the order management process (Product Management, Warehouse Management and Finance Department)
7. Recognize and build fundamental information for customer product choice preferences.
