Water leakage is one of the biggest headache for a property! Worst of all is not knowing where it is coming from.
Wrong diagnosis will result in spending Money for nothing and worst resulting in Tenant wanting to break lease.
Fortunately, Uncle CKC’s experience, saved a Landlord from spending more money and keeping his Tenant in time.
This case started off with Tenant observing water coming off from the wall on level 2 of a landed property. The Landlord has arranged a contractor to repair the leakage issue. However the water leakage persists. 😱😱 The 1st contractor came back again and again to check, however still no conclusion and even suspecting that it was from the neighbour. 😓😓😓
The Landlord then seek a 2nd opinion from another contractor and that 2nd contractor advised that the leakage was caused by the aircon and advised for the aircon man to come.😓😓😓
STOP 🛑 there!! How can the aircon caused such leakage? The flow of water leakage is constant, and not drip or drop of water.
Someone recommended Uncle CKC to the Landlord before they got the aircon man in. Uncle CKC became the 3rd appointed contractor and also the final contractor that provided the solution. 👍🏼👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻
Uncle CKC did various water test and his suspicions was totally different from the other contractors. He suspected that the water came from a lower level.
Bingo!!! He found the culprit in the backyard and the affected area where the waterproofing has worn off or not properly done. Yohoo!! 👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻
It was fortunate that Uncle CKC was engaged right on time because the Basement Ceiling suddenly gave way slightly while repair works were ongoing.
Once again, Uncle CKC saved another home!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼💗💗
It has been more than 6-months since this job was completed and there is no recurrence of water leakage! 👍🏼👏🏻 Good job, Uncle CKC!!!!
