Can't wait to harvest them! ☺️😍☺️Can anyone guess what is this?
It is a high-calorie fruit with low fat and no cholesterol content.

In Vietnam, fresh herbs were served complimentary in a basket to complement the cooked dishes served. From then, I grew very fondly on the taste and fragrant of fresh basil leaves. It also masks the strong flavor of the meat dishes.

Basil is also a common staple in Thai dishes - my fav 😋😋stir-fry minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow) and basil seafood (Talay Krapow). As I was not able to savor the authentic Thai dishes in Thailand, the only way was to bring "Thai" to my kitchen🍃🍃

I would love to receive your comments in sharing your ideas for a wholesome taste of fresh basil.

The moringa plant has always been my favorite edible in the garden. Easy to grow, (this tree used to be a 50cm cutting!), hardy, and with almost every part of it edible (leaves, flowers, pods and even roots), this superfood can be harvested easily & used in many ways.

Here are just some of my favorites:
- Dumped in a frittata right before topping with cheese
- Fried up in an omelette
- Liberally sprinkled into a lunch salad
