Ending year 2022 with a recently completed project.

This is the first time the Central Provident Fund (CPF) building at Tampines undergone renovation since it started operations in 1994.

Catering to the evolving needs of Singaporeans, this project aims to refresh and rejuvenate the CPF Service Centre and other parts of the building.

Designs of the service center were conceptualise based on 2 broad ideas in mind. First, creating an ergonomic space for the elderly while also making the Centre a flexible multi-purpose space where various workshop, feedbacks and talks can take place to stay relevant to the larger community.

Second, to provide an environment that is soothing and welcoming with nature inspired forms and greenery as the main focus and design theme. Plants are picked to use as bridging elements from exterior into the interior, from reception to the internal consultation areas. The which result in a consistent feeling of verdant gardens throughout the various spaces as a visitor moves through the Service Centre.
