We are looking for Experience Administrator / Personal Assistant for expanding company in Johor, Malaysia. This is a 1 year term contract with option to be a permanent employee after Director's assessment and KPI over the 1 year term. Candidate to possess an independent, strong and hardworking character. Must have a professional, presentable and polite acumen and personality, including good character references.

Candidate must possess experience in new office set up and administration.

Candidate must have knowledge in Company Secretary duties.

Candidate must have excellent proficiency in written & oral usage in all 3 languages - English / B Melayu / Mandarin.

Candidates who have the additional below requirements will be an advantage:-

1. 3 years working experience minimum at 1 single company or corporation.
2. Degree at a recognize established University or minimum STPM (A levels Equivalent).
3. Knowledge of accounting/book-keeping.
4. Knowledge in Word / Excel / PDF office computer literacy.
5. Estate/Property Management & Maintenance experience.
6. Knowledge of Ecommerce business and retail online.
7. Social media savvy and/or knowledge in web / online presence.
8. Web design/development and creation knowledge. (Wordpress/WooCommerce/HTML etc)
9. Driving licence and own transport.
