In today's context, design (interior) & visualisations are even more crucial then before. Where we used to imagine and assume, we no longer have to with photo-realistic renders that does very accurate depictions of space, light, colour, materials and forms. This kind of process, we call it 'Digital Prototyping'. In other words, digital prototypes (DPs)
crosses the boundary from an artistic expression and into a very useful communication too. The render becomes an extension of your design ideas, your tool to sell and more importantly, a very informed guide for the Client in sparing them the ordeal of guessing how it will all turn out. In our view, DP is also a green and sustainable practice. Doing away with markers and papers, by making the visuals as accurate and precise in the finish, it will erase unnecessary uncertainties and doubts all without wasting a single material in the actual build up. Trial and errors are made easy with DPs. I have had the opportunity to work with quite a few rendering and photo editing software since 2004 and I must say the technology and the industry has grown alot. It will continue to develop and the demands are definitely promising. From our end, there are already talks from our team to produce 'Virtual Reality' (VR) renders that can be used with tablets or desktops to assist in this communication process. This type of visuals will allow you to look around the room, zoom in and see the detail and explore the whole space, its taken the visualising work into another level. In this page, Studio ARC aims to showcase and share our latest visual renders, design consultancy jobs, concepts and other notable designers' work. More importantly, it is a venue like a hub where designers alike can share and discuss about their designs and work, where owners/clients who share the same enthusiasm for designs can communicate and understand designers' works better. Very soon, we will be organising 'Vote for best 3D render Contest' here, voters can 'Like' the visuals of their choice and the winning voter can get a cool souvenir from us.
