- Fill 1 cup of raw oats.
- Use a dry grinder to blend.
- Blend the oats until they reach a very fine, powdered texture.
- Run a warm bath.
- Pour the powdered oatmeal into the warm bath.
- You may some essential oil to soothe the bath.
- Stir bath water with your hand to evenly water before you soak.
