Literally 1 in a hundred, this is the only seedling from a cross of Nepenthes ampullaria "Tricolour x Black Miracle" that bears the combined colouration of both parents ⭐⭐⭐

A rocky beachside cave set in a 30cm cuboid tank, featuring a wet zone where aquatic plants are grown emersed, and a drier uphill area featuring lots of nano dangly vines and ferns.

The scape also includes 2 Blue Borneo Crabs (Lepidothelphusa sp.), which were unfortunately very camera-shy at the time of the shoot.

If you love tiny details, texture and/or a dioramic look, this is a tank you'd love!

The tank will be also on display and sale tomorrow at Planters Market After Dark, 4-10pm, 5th Aug.

Kaempferia pulchra 'Variegata'

A fairly rare natural hybrid in lowland collections, Nepenthes x (gracilis x sumatrana) bears surprisingly large pitchers (~20cm) for a hybrid involving the teeny N. gracilis.
The marbled pitcher interior and lid underside add a nice touch to a seemingly plain pitcher from afar.
