My first 'real attempt' at repainting a toy's head. My hubby Alex, blogger (www.facebook.com/toyhaven/) and avid toy collector is the one who encouraged me to give this a go since I was tasked to repaint some of his precious toys' heads in the past and I met his high expectation.

I have been painting all my life and I have a humble painting business, buddinghearts (www.facebook.com/buddinghearts/) where I've been painting commissioned portraits and other art pieces,so it is only natural for me to get ahead with this new found business, aptly named 'Get a-head'...so just to give all toy collector friends a heads up, hope to get your support and encouragement. Do like my page and I will continue to post my progress and work towards improving my skill at heads repainting.

Please pardon this first head, which is more of a test painting to get started and it is also a work-in-progress, please hold your judgement for now because I aim to be much much better...
