A very unique grave monument at Block S-1-1. Close collaboration between the family of the deceased and contractor is very important to achieve a grave monument befitting to the deceased.

Zubir Said was a composer famous for having composed the national anthem of Singapore, "Majulah Singapura". He moved to Singapore, against the wishes of his father, to pursue his dream of a career in music.

His remains have been reinterred at Block 429 Plot #2529.
