BTO Progress Update for 𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲. This BTO sits right next to existing and upcoming MRT tracks, so it's probably not the quietest BTO around. But this compact project, with blocks soaring up to 38 storeys, has plenty going for it, including being just a short distance from the malls and amenities at Jurong East. I dropped by the site to check on its progress and found that most blocks have already reached the top, with facade painting and landscaping works now underway. Fingers crossed for key collection before 2028!

Built to rehouse residents affected by the SERS acquisition for the Woodlands Checkpoint expansion, Marsiling Cascadia is coming along nicely. Most blocks have already topped out, with facade painting now in progress.

The MSCP and 2-storey preschool are up too, while interior roads and landscaping are still being completed. Depending on your stack, you could be looking out over the ponds at Marsiling Park and if you're really lucky, even the Johor Strait.

Marsiling MRT is within walking distance (mostly sheltered if you walk through the HDB blocks), and the Causeway is just minutes away.

We're back at Marsiling Peak I & II for another progress check, and things are finally starting to take shape. Marsiling Peak I is coming along nicely, while Marsiling Peak II is still in its early stages—but we're beginning to see some visible progress on site. And of course, we couldn't leave without checking out the brand-new basketball court right next to the BTO.
