⚠️The highest winning bid/winner of an item is determined by admin's computer and is final.
⚠️ No cancellation of items/back-out after winning a bid or you will be permanently banned from this page.
⚠️ Should you cancel or void other bids that you have already won, and so-happens that you have other paid items here, AG reserves the right to forfeit items without refund. This rule will be STRICTLY ENFORCED in order to protect the interests of not only AG but other bidders as well.
⚠️ After winning a bid, please do make payment within 15 minutes after live to secure your item. (Please screenshot payment proof and send it to us via messenger)

⚠️ AG covers a 3 day warranty upon payment made on all items. Any items deemed faulty after which, we are not held responsible.
⚠️ Should there be any issue/problems with the items, and bidders have informed AG regarding the problem faced within the 3 days warranty, please do make arrangements to return the item(s) to us for checking ASAP. Items which are deemed spoilt but returned & received by us after 2 weeks upon informing will have its warranty voided.
⚠️ NO REFUND OF ITEM ONLY 1 TO 1 EXCHANGE within warranty period.
⚠️ When you successfully bid an item, and win it, please do arrange for collection within 2 weeks. We will hold your items for UP TO 2 WEEKS ONLY, in which items not collected shall be immediately voided without informing and without refund. Those who fail to comply by this rule, we will not be held liable for your loss.
(P/S : SingPost throws away your items if you do not collect them within a week.)
⚠️ Item(s) that are not collected after 2 weeks of DATE OF PURCHASE will have its warranty voided.
⚠️ Whatever that is sold on the live is whatever you will be receiving. Please do make sure that before bidding for the item, should there be any question that arise, please do enquire with the auctioneer before winning the item.
⚠️ If item is faulty because of user mishandling product, such as, dropping of item, overcharging item, self-inflicted damage due to own user ignorance, and etc, we will not be held responsible.
⚠️ If item you claim is faulty and upon return and inspection it is not faulty, bidder will have to cover all postage/courier to and fro.
⚠️ Our items are sold at 20%-30% of retail price most of the time so please do not expect 100% perfect item in perfect condition with full accessories. SOMETIMES items may have missing accessories or minor aesthetic defects but in full working condition and if we have spare accessories we will definitely provide. If you expect items to be in 100% pristine condition, I advise you to purchase from a retail shops instead.
⚠️ Self collection timing is strictly as follows:
On every Monday OR Friday only 4pm to 8pm @ Northpoint Bizhub #06-29. Please inform us 1 hr beforehand so that we can prepare all items for collection.
PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP SUDDENLY AT OUR LOCATION.
⚠️ Courier is available at an additional of $10 for items under 5kg. It will take within 2-3 working days upon collection of your items to deliver to your doorstep.
⚠️ Courier man pick up for delivery will be on every Wednesday and Friday.
-Wednesday pick up will be delivered latest by Friday that week.
-Friday pick up will be delivered latest by Tuesday the following week.
⚠️ We are not held responsible for lost/damaged items due to the courier so we highly suggest to self collect expensive or fragile items.
⚠️ In the rare event that items that are used not in accordance to how it was intended to be, (eg; misuse of items due to bidders own negligence), and cause damage or hurt to the bidders themselves, we will not be held liable for any damages, claims, or legal proceedings should such actions be taken by the bidders. We will not tolerate any wrong accusations that arise from bidders own negligence and misuse of items.
⚠️AG reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions should it be necessary without due notice. This terms and conditions was implemented to make AG a happy and safe place for everyone. 💋
