Customer at Punggol contacted us after her faulty Samsung digital lock left her stuck inside her home, and even the manual override key was no longer working. We arrived on-site and managed to unlock the lock without any damage.

To avoid the issue happening again, the customer decided to replace the lock entirely, and we returned the next day to install our Infinite Q5 Digital Lock.

Has access via fingerprints, passcodes, RFID cards, manual override keys and also Bluetooth app. Has emergency power supply port as well, can also set one time access, check on entry records, etc. It’s easy to use and very user friendly.
