An elegant fusion of warm, earthy tones and sophisticated textures, crafted to elevate modern urban living.
This exceptional transformation at Tengah Drive delivers an interior defined by comfort, personality, and subtle luxury. Moving away from standard cold palettes, the design embraces a rich, warm terracotta and sandy-beige color foundation, seamlessly accented by deep jewel tones and bespoke carpentry. The result is a highly atmospheric home that balances cozy relaxation with refined entertaining spaces.
Spatial Design Highlights
Atmospheric Living Sanctuary:
The living zone is anchored by a deep emerald green velvet sofa set against a warm, sandy-toned backdrop. A luxurious, intricately patterned Persian-style rug introduces depth and vintage charm underfoot, while the sleek, floating concrete-look media console introduces a modern, textured contrast to the space.
Intimate Entertainment Hub:
Optimizing the open-plan layout, a custom solid wood bar counter is positioned directly behind the main seating area. Paired with minimalist, upholstered high stools, this strategic integration creates a seamless transition for hosting guests, doubling as a casual dining spot or a work-from-home corner.
Bespoke Walk-In Wardrobe:
The dedicated dressing suite redefines luxury through dark, rich wood-grained cabinetry paired with smoked glass panels and integrated LED strip lighting. This boutique-inspired setup showcases wardrobe essentials with clean sophistication, anchored beautifully by a plush, multi-colored statement rug and a classic tufted armchair.
Cozy Master Retreat:
The master bedroom utilizes an earthy, terracotta-warm feature wall complemented by a soft, textured cream bouclé bed frame. Warm, indirect cove lighting washes over the ceiling, casting a gentle glow that enhances the room’s restful, private ambiance.
Refined Materiality in Bathrooms:
The private spaces maintain visual continuity with large-format stone-textured tiling. The vanity area showcases a striking black marbled stone ledge, paired elegantly with a contemporary terrazzo vessel basin, a circular mirror, and premium brushed gold hardware for an opulent, spa-like finish.
This residence stands as a powerful testament to how bold color curation, textured surfaces, and layered ambient lighting can combine to turn a contemporary apartment into a warm, character-rich sanctuary.
