Responsibilities: Job description
Objective:

The Electrical Service Technician will be responsible for security equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Entrance Control equipment, Kiosks, and CCTV system.

Job Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, control panels, and safety systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
• Electrical Work: Installation of electrical and networking cables and circuit breakers.
• Equipment Installation: Set up and configure mechanical and electrical systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and respond to emergency service calls, keeping equipment running smoothly.
• Problem Solver: Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical and electronic systems and equipment. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime for clients.
• Document: Prepare service reports and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures, building strong relationships.
