5 years 5 senses. Starville Ninebridges resort Jeju island, Korea.

When the landscape speaks, the design must only listen. Five years and five senses of Starville Ninebridges. When our team designed this sanctuary in the Jeju highlands, we were designing for the soul.

We mapped the resort to the Zodiac signs, creating a living constellation where unwinding is a sensory journey. From the sight of the unpolluted night sky to the touch of the natural mountain air and the fluidity of our indoor-outdoor natural pools, every detail is a reset button for the spirit.

True luxury doesn't dominate a landscape. It belongs to it.

For this EDC Resorts project at the gateway to the Tibetan Highlands, the goal was clear: create an authentic, immersive experience in an untouched mountain valley.

Our answer: The Herbal Islands.

Instead of imposing a massive, disruptive structure on the terrain, we decentralized the architecture. We designed a system that seamlessly integrates with the river and the natural topography of the valley.

This is what non-intrusive design looks like in practice. You don't build on the environment; you build with it.

By blending the infrastructure entirely with the surroundings, we aren't just preserving the landscape—we are making nature itself the core luxury amenity.

Preden gre prvi modul v proizvodnjo, mora celoten objekt obstajati kot do milimetra natančen inženirski načrt. To pomeni, da so strojne in elektro instalacije (MEP) precizno umeščene, vsi statični in obremenitveni primeri pa natančno preračunani – tako za transport kot za končno montažo na lokaciji.

V EDC Modular arhitekturne koncepte neposredno prevajamo v proizvodne podatke. Investitorjem pomagamo tehnološko pripraviti in sprojektirati arhitekturo za serijsko izdelavo naprednih modularnih sistemov.

Projektiramo primarno jekleno konstrukcijo, detajliramo notranje sklope in pripravimo celotno logistiko od proizvodne hale do temeljev na terenu.

Večnadstropni stanovanjski projekti zahtevajo sistemsko natančnost. Pri industrijski jekleni modularni gradnji na lokacijo prispejo volumetrični moduli z že vgrajenimi okni, fasadnimi elementi, razpeljanimi inštalacijami in v celoti zaključenimi kopalnicami.
