Villa Nuda
تمثّل Villa Nuda مقاربة معمارية معاصرة تقوم على مبدأ التجريد والصدق البنيوي، حيث يُقدَّم التكوين المعماري في حالته الخالصة دون زوائد شكلية، لتصبح الكتلة والفراغ والضوء هي عناصر التعبير الأساسية.
يتكوّن المشروع من كتلتين متناظرتين يفصل بينهما محور مركزي غائر، يعمل كعنصر انتقالي يربط الداخل بالخارج ويؤكد وضوح التنظيم الوظيفي. يهيمن على التكوين خط أفقي قوي عبر السقف الطائر والبروزات العميقة، يقابله إيقاع عمودي مضبوط في الفتحات، ما يخلق توازنًا بصريًا دقيقًا بين الثبات والخفة.
تعتمد المادة كوسيط تعبيري لا كزخرفة؛ حيث تمنح الكسوة الحجرية الفاتحة هدوءًا بصريًا واستمرارية للكتلة، بينما يؤكد الحجر الداكن في المحور الوسطي المدخل ويمنحه حضورًا معماريًا واضحًا.
يُجسّد المشروع رؤية Esam Alaouf Atelier في إنتاج عمارة هادئة، واضحة، ومبنية على الفكرة قبل الشكل.

Villa Nuda embodies a contemporary architectural approach rooted in abstraction and structural honesty, where architecture is presented in its pure state. Mass, void, and light become the primary tools of expression, free from decorative excess.
The project is composed of two symmetrical volumes separated by a recessed central axis that acts as a transitional spatial core, reinforcing functional clarity and the connection between interior and exterior. Strong horizontality is emphasized through deep cantilevers and a floating roof plane, counterbalanced by controlled vertical openings, creating a refined equilibrium between solidity and lightness.
Materiality is treated as an expressive medium rather than ornamentation. Light stone cladding provides visual calm and continuity, while dark stone at the central axis defines the entrance and strengthens architectural presence.
The project reflects Esam Alaouf Atelier’s design philosophy: architecture driven by concept, clarity, and disciplined composition.
