“สถาปัตยกรรมที่ดี ไม่ได้ถูกวัดจากความโดดเด่นของรูปทรงเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ถูกวัดจากความรู้สึกของผู้คนที่ได้ใช้ชีวิตอยู่ภายใน”
โครงการคอนโดมิเนียม 7 ชั้นนี้ ได้รับการออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิด FLOW ที่เชื่อมโยงแสงธรรมชาติ ลม และพื้นที่สีเขียว ให้ไหลเวียนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการอยู่อาศัยในทุกวัน
แนวคิดของโครงการเริ่มต้นจากการตั้งคำถามง่าย ๆ ว่า…
“ทำอย่างไรให้การอยู่อาศัยในคอนโด ให้ความรู้สึกใกล้เคียงกับการอยู่บ้านมากที่สุด”
คำตอบจึงถูกถ่ายทอดออกมาเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมที่ลดทอนความแข็งกระด้างของอาคาร ด้วยเส้นโค้งที่ต่อเนื่องและนุ่มนวล สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่อบอุ่น เป็นมิตร และเหนือกาลเวลา
พื้นที่ระเบียงขนาดใหญ่ถูกออกแบบให้เป็น “พื้นที่ใช้ชีวิต” มากกว่าจะเป็นเพียงพื้นที่ภายนอก ให้ผู้อยู่อาศัยสามารถพักผ่อน รับลม ปลูกต้นไม้ หรือใช้เวลาร่วมกับครอบครัวได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ
การจัดวางช่องเปิดและ Facade ถูกออกแบบเพื่อรับแสงธรรมชาติ ลดความร้อน และสร้างการไหลเวียนของอากาศ (Cross Ventilation) ช่วยให้ทุกยูนิตมีบรรยากาศที่โปร่ง โล่ง และน่าอยู่ พร้อมทั้งสร้างความเป็นส่วนตัวโดยไม่ปิดกั้นมุมมองจากภายใน
วัสดุโทนสีขาว ผสานกับผิวสัมผัสสีเทาอ่อน งานไม้ และกระจกใส ถ่ายทอดความเรียบง่ายในสไตล์ Soft Modern ที่ให้ความรู้สึกสงบ อบอุ่น และมีความร่วมสมัย สามารถคงคุณค่าของงานออกแบบได้ในระยะยาว

This seven-storey condominium is designed around the concept of FLOW—an architectural philosophy that seamlessly integrates natural light, fresh air, and greenery into everyday living.
The project began with a simple yet meaningful question:
“How can condominium living feel as comfortable and welcoming as living in a home?”
The answer is expressed through a series of soft, continuous architectural curves that soften the building’s overall mass while creating a timeless, elegant, and approachable identity. Every line is intentionally designed to evoke a sense of calm, warmth, and balance.
Generous balconies are envisioned as true extensions of the living space rather than merely outdoor areas. They encourage residents to relax, enjoy natural ventilation, cultivate greenery, or spend quality time with family, bringing daily life closer to nature.
The façade and window openings are carefully arranged to maximize daylight, reduce heat gain, and promote cross ventilation. This passive design approach enhances thermal comfort while creating bright, airy interiors that maintain privacy without compromising views.
A refined palette of white architectural surfaces, soft grey textures, warm timber finishes, and expansive glazing reflects the principles of Soft Modern Architecture—a design language that emphasizes simplicity, elegance, and enduring value.
More than an architectural statement, FLOW is designed to elevate everyday living by creating spaces that are calm, comfortable, and naturally connected to their surroundings.
