Naya Restaurant เป็นส่วนต่อขยาย Big Idea ที่ต่อเนื่องมาจากสถาปัตยกรรมคาเฟ่หลังแรก ที่สะท้อนการแตกยอดของแนวคิดหลักออกมาเพื่อให้สามารถตอบโจทย์ฟังชั่นการใช้งานในรูปแบบของร้านอาหารที่ยังให้ความสำคัญกับบริบทผืนนาผืนเดิม

Naya Restaurant extends the architectural narrative first introduced by the original café. Emerging as a new branch of the project's central idea, the design adapts and evolves to serve the distinct programmatic needs of a restaurant while maintaining a strong dialogue with the existing rice field landscape. Rooted in the same context, the architecture seeks to preserve the site's atmosphere and sense of place, allowing the original concept to grow into a new spatial experience.

🔎 คุณสมบัติและรายละเอียด Site Architect หรือ Foreman มีหน้าที่ดูแลโครงการที่อยู่ในขั้นตอนการประเมินราคาค่าก่อสร้าง, ควบคุมดูแลการ ก่อสร้างจริงให้ได้คุณภาพและถูกต้องตรงตามแบบ และสามารถเคลียร์แบบร่วมกับสถาปนิกได้ คุณสมบัติดังนี้
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านงานก่อสร้าง และสถาปัตยกรรม 0-5 ปี จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง *โดยไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา หากไม่มีประสบการณ์เพียงเป็นผู้มีความสนใจและพร้อมเรียนรู้ในงานก่อสร้างและงานสถาปัตยกรรมก็เข้ารับการพิจารณาได้
- มีความสามารถและความ Passion สนใจงานเชิงช่าง, การก่อสร้าง, ความรู้ด้านการใช้เครื่องมือในการก่อสร้าง การเคลียร์แบบก่อสร้าง และใช้โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวกับงานสถาปัตยกรรม เช่น CAD และ SketchUp ได้ รวมถึงใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ต่างๆได้
- จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าของงาน (Progress Report) สม่ำเสมอ
- สามารถประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี เช่น ช่างหน้างาน, สถาปนิกและวิศวกรระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง, Supplier และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างต่างๆ ได้ดี
- อ่านและเข้าใจแบบก่อสร้างได้ดี สามารถให้คำแนะนำด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการก่อสร้างที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- สามารถสรุปประเด็นปัญหาหน้างาน เรียงลำดับความสำคัญ พร้อมทั้งแก้ปัญหาและประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆได้ดี เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ยอมรับและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ Scope เวลา, ความกดดัน, กฎระเบียบได้
- สนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ พยายามพัฒนา Skill ด้านการก่อสร้างอยู่เสมอ
- ขับรถได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ*
