งานออกแบบที่ถักทอรากวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น เข้ากับประสบการณ์การทานอาหารร่วมสมัย
โครงสร้างไม้ไผ่ที่โดดเด่นเปรียบเสมือนหัวใจของร้าน ถ่ายทอดวิถีชีวิตชนบทอย่างร่วมสมัย องค์ประกอบแต่ละส่วนของสถาปัตยกรรมที่เจ้าของออกแบบด้วยตนเอง กลายเป็นกรอบเรื่องราวให้ทีมออกแบบภายในเข้ามาต่อยอดอย่างเคารพและประณีต
ภายในห้องอาหารแบบปรับอากาศ เราเลือกใช้กระเบื้องดินเผาในโทนสีแบรนด์เป็นตัวเชื่อมอารมณ์ระหว่างความอบอุ่นและความสนุกสนาน เพิ่มมิติด้วยผนังที่ผ่านเทคนิคสกิมขรุขระ สร้างสัมผัสแห่งความเป็นธรรมชาติให้ใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น
บนเพดาน แสงที่ลอดผ่านงานสานไม้ และการจัดวางไม้เลื้อยสีเขียวที่ห้อยระย้า ผสานกับ “แห” ที่ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือดำรงชีวิตของผู้คนชนบท กลายเป็นกิมมิคที่เล่าเรื่องอย่างชัดเจน ว่าพื้นที่นี้ไม่เพียงเป็นที่รับประทานอาหาร แต่เป็นการเชื่อมโยงผู้มาเยือนเข้ากับวิถีดั้งเดิมในรูปแบบร่วมสมัย
งานออกแบบของร้านจิ้มจุ่มยักษ์ สาขาลาดกระบัง จึงไม่ใช่แค่การสร้างบรรยากาศให้น่านั่ง แต่เป็นการปลุกชีวิตให้กับสถาปัตยกรรม ให้ผู้คนได้สัมผัสถึง “บ้าน” และ “ความทรงจำ” ในทุกมื้ออาหาร

Design that weaves local heritage into a contemporary dining experience
The bamboo structure stands as the soul of the restaurant, celebrating rural traditions through a modern lens. With the owner’s architectural vision as its foundation, the interior design was carefully crafted to honor the framework while adding layers of warmth and character.
Inside the air-conditioned dining space, terracotta tiles in the brand’s signature tones bring vibrancy and comfort. Walls finished with textured skim coating evoke a raw, natural touch that feels both authentic and timeless.
Overhead, woven bamboo ceilings filter light softly, while cascading greenery and fishing nets, symbols of rural livelihood, create a whimsical storytelling gesture. These details remind guests that the space is more than a dining room; it is a contemporary homage to everyday life in the countryside.
