Hyatt Bali renovation reimagines the resort through
a landscape-led approach inspired by traditional rice terraces.

The project carefully reinterprets existing Balinese elements while introducing new amenities — including a redesigned lobby,
guest facilities, meeting spaces, restaurants,
and the Regency Club.

Gardens, water features, courtyards, colonnades,
and open pavilions are seamlessly integrated with the architecture, forming a cohesive and immersive resort environment.

The result is a balance between preservation and renewal, where the identity of the place is maintained while enhancing the overall guest experience.

CHANINTR Craft & Waterwork showroom is designed
as an inward-focused space where architecture and landscape
are closely connected.
A clear rhythm of vertical openings defines the façade, fltering light and framing views to greenery while creating a calm, ordered atmosphere.
Inside, a central courtyard with a mature tree brings natural light deep into the space, becoming a quiet focal point of the experience. A pavilion café sits within the garden, extending the
showroom into a more relaxed, outdoor setting.
Simple forms, natural materials, and precise detailing shape an atmosphere of understated luxury.

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach is designed
as a contemporary tropical resort, the project balances
clarity, scale, and comfort from the very first approach.

Arrival is defined by strong horizontality and spatial order.
A deep canopy frames the entrance courtyard, while a perforated façade screen establishes a distinct architectural identity.
By day, it operates as a climatic filter; by night, it transforms
into a luminous surface.

The resort is organized around open courtyards and landscaped water features, forming a campus-like environment that prioritizes ease of movement and visual continuity. Horizontal volumes, shaded walkways, and layered façades create a relaxed,
family-oriented atmosphere with clear architectural discipline.

Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach

Architecture & Landscape: Tierra Design, Siura Studio

At Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach, architecture is defined by rhythm, elevation, and filtered light.

The arrival sequence unfolds as a deliberate architectural procession. A linear timber colonnade stretches across reflecting water, framing the horizon and transforming the act of check-in into a spatial experience rather than a purely functional moment.

Guestroom volumes are elevated on slender columns, allowing air and landscape to flow freely beneath. Deep overhangs and layered façades provide shade while reinforcing a calm and precise modular grid — repetitive, measured, and intentional.

Water acts as a compositional device throughout the project. It extends façades, doubles proportions through reflection, and anchors public spaces with a strong horizontal datum.

Park Residences, Phuket is designed as a park-first neighbourhood where living, wellness, hospitality, and work are seamlessly woven into the landscape.

The masterplan brings together residential buildings, a hotel, office spaces, and a central wellness complex, all connected through gardens, water features, and pedestrian paths. Rather than separating functions, the project allows architecture and landscape to flow together as one continuous experience.

At the heart of the development sits the spa and wellness centre — a sculptural building formed by organic, petal-like roof structures. Surrounded by water and greenery, it becomes both a visual landmark and a calm retreat, contrasting with the more linear residential blocks around it.

Park Residences is imagined as a complete, walkable neighbourhood — rooted in nature, shaped by architecture, and closely connected to Phuket’s tropical character.

Eden Residences, Phuket

Eden Residences is a beachfront residential development we’ve been working on over time — a large-scale project shaped by its coastal setting and long-term design approach.

The masterplan brings together 141 private residences, organized along landscaped courtyards and water features. Buildings are carefully aligned with the coastline, creating a calm and ordered environment while maintaining privacy within a dense tropical context through generous setbacks and planting.

The architecture is defined by strong horizontal lines, deep balconies, and integrated greenery that becomes part of the façade. Private gardens, expansive terraces, and elevated shared spaces are embedded within the architectural volume, creating a seamless transition between interior, exterior, and landscape.

Eden Residences reflects a contemporary approach to coastal living, where architecture and landscape are developed together as a cohesive and evolving framework.

Anantara Chiang Mai Resort — Landscape Design by Tierra
Architecture: Kerry Hill Architects

Water plays a central role in shaping both the atmosphere and spatial experience of Anantara Chiang Mai Resort. Rather than acting as a decorative element, it is integrated as an architectural component that guides movement, softens transitions, and defines the character of the spaces.

Long reflecting pools mirror the black steel colonnade, casting shifting light onto ceilings and walkways. Shallow water planes accompany circulation routes, creating a gentle acoustic backdrop that leads guests through the site. Water courts sit alongside interior lounges and verandas, visually cooling the spaces and blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors.

The main swimming pool is framed by linear lily ponds, giving the impression that it floats within a larger body of water. This gesture softens the pool’s geometry and establishes a visual connection to the Mae Ping River beyond.

Together, water and architecture form a calm, contemplative environment—one defined by reflections, shadows, and subtle textures that shape the resort’s distinctive atmosphere.
