I want to use this post as a way to make an announcement something about myself and the team… recently we went to our continuous customer’s house for the first time. I’m sure our team did a very good job as 99% they always get feedback and good compliment. Sometimes I went out with them and saw how they work too. I’m quite 80-90% very happy of my team. They are willing to do hard work and they do it by heart. I love my team so much and pay them very fairly (not Thai usual rate as I consider it’s too low for their hard work and quality work). However, this customer complained a lot that we tied the zz plant to tight (for her) I explained that if you felt it’s too tight, you can loosen it and I apologized for that. I explained that we did that to support the zz and make it grow upwards and stick together beautifully, normally after 3 months or 2 months you can untie it. I just want them go straight up beautiful and has some form. Then she asked about the baby plant, I told her we changed the pot, the whole pot, we moved from black pot to orange pot that’s why she didn’t see baby zz plant, but it still there. We didn’t kill it or throw away it. However, the more we talked I realized she is not normal. The first time we did service for her (by another team) she complained, and I 100% believed her, I thought maybe my staff didn’t so good job so I sent my staff again for free to fix the work, then this time I felt like all the plants are much more beautiful, refreshed, all got soil changing, repotting, trimmed, and vermicompost, but she seemed still want to make some problems… so… I don’t understand if she was very upset with our team last time why she chose us again this time. I’m very clueless, I thought she already happy with the second free fixing. I feel like people nowadays not everyone but some are so sick and so toxic, she makes me down for many days or even still now… I blocked her but I’m so scared to have that situation again. I can accept if what she said is true but all she said and acclaimed us were nonsense and not true… how can I talk to people like this…? So I just wanna say as oil price are very high and rare to fill up these days >> more in comment.
