◉ ลา สตอ-เรีย
“La Storia” หรือ “เรื่องราว” ในภาษาอิตาเลียน คือการถ่ายทอดเสน่ห์ของร้านอาหารยุโรปผ่านกาลเวลา ที่ผสานความวินเทจเข้ากับความมีชีวิตชีวาของสีสันได้อย่างลงตัว
ตัวอาคารถูกออกแบบให้สื่อถึงความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ด้วยผนังโทนขาวเหลืองที่ให้ความรู้สึกนุ่มนวลเหมือนร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นในยุโรป ขณะเดียวกันก็แทรกตัวตนที่ชัดเจนผ่านสีเขียวของประตู หน้าต่าง และกันสาดผ้าใบ ที่เปรียบเสมือนภาพจำของคาเฟ่ข้างถนนในเมืองเก่า
ภายในร้านเล่าเรื่องผ่านวัสดุและพื้นผิวที่มีเอกลักษณ์ โดยกระเบื้องสีอิฐถูกนำมาใช้เป็นองค์ประกอบ สร้างความรู้สึกดิบ เท่ แต่ยังคงความคลาสสิกในแบบยุโรป ผสมผสานกับเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้เก่าที่สะท้อนร่องรอยของกาลเวลา ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศวินเทจที่ถูกเติมเต็มด้วยสีสัน โดยเฉพาะโทนสีฟ้าที่โดดเด่น ซึ่งกลายเป็นจุดตัดที่ทำให้พื้นที่มีชีวิตชีวาและร่วมสมัยมากขึ้น
La Storia จึงไม่ใช่เพียงร้านอาหาร แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่เปลี่ยนผ่านตามช่วงเวลา — จากร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ที่อบอุ่นในยามกลางวัน สู่บรรยากาศที่มีชีวิตชีวาและผ่อนคลายในยามค่ำคืน เปรียบเสมือน “เรื่องราว” ที่ถูกเล่าซ้ำในรูปแบบที่แตกต่างกันในแต่ละช่วงเวลา

"La Storia" —the Italian word for “Story”—orchestrates the timeless charm of European eateries, seamlessly weaving a vintage patina with the vibrant vitality of colors.
The architectural volume is articulated to evoke a warm, convivial hospitality. Its soft, ivory-yellow facade delivers a gentle luminosity reminiscent of a European vernacular bistro. Simultaneously, a distinct identity is injected through the saturated green of the doors, windows, and canvas awnings, meticulously curated to mirror the iconic image of a sidewalk café in a historic old town.
Interiorly, the space articulates its narrative through materiality and tactile richness. Terracotta tiles are strategically introduced to introduce a raw, rustic, yet inherently classic European undertone. This composition is harmoniously juxtaposed with weathered timber furniture that exhibits the traces of time. Amidst this vintage ambiance, a deliberate injection of color—specifically a striking, muted blue accent—serves as a sophisticated visual counterpoint, breathing dynamic life and a contemporary edge into the spatial fabric.
Ultimately, La Storia transcends the mere definition of a restaurant; it is a fluid environment that adapts through temporal transitions—shifting from a sun-drenched, cozy café by day to an energetic, casual lounge by night. It stands as an evolving narrative, reinterpreted continuously across the canvas of time.
